I'm Frances, and food is my passion. Now it's time to share it with the Lehigh Valley and beyond. My grandmother's nickname was Panchita and this is my way of honoring her. I feel blessed to have this opportunity that I have been dreaming about for so long. I am grateful to be able to provide some of my dishes to you all.
